Pop out of bed eager for "YOU" time. Start every day with personal time to say hello to my SELF,  

GIVE GRATITUDE, 

WELCOME THE DAY,

and SET PERSONAL INTENTIONS. 

What time are you taking for YOU? 

HOW much? 

You're worth it, the more you reflect on you, the stronger your purpose, self-worth, personal strength and achievement become. 

Keep a journal and start jotting down gratitude entries, as well as personal reflections throughout your day. 

After a week, month, bi-annul reflection, etc., you will start identifying a strong definition of WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU ARE FOCUSING ON. 

YOUR TIME IS SPENT BY YOU, 

CHOICES BY YOU-
